Q: I forgot to include some items in my current order, can I add to it?

A: YES! Log in to your account, and if the status of your order is "NEW" simply place another order through the website and select local pickup to avoid the extra shipping charge.  We will combine the orders from this end.  If your order status is "PICK" follow the same procedure and fling the bead room a quick email admin@siliconebeads.com.au to let us know, as your order is already in the process of being picked.

Q: Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?

A: YES! We ship worldwide (excluding Canada and North America).  Freight is calculated in 500g increments and calculated at checkout, prices vary depending on the destination country. We offer a flat rate of $22 for shipping to New Zealand. Customer is responsible for payment of all import duties and taxes applicable in their country.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: As we are located in Western Australia and are also outside of the next-day delivery network, express shipping usually takes 2-3 business days to reach interstate locations. Regular parcel post can take 5-10 business days. Please keep in mind that we have no control over Australia Post delivery times and if you have a parcel that is more than 3 business days late contact us so that we can enquire further on your behalf. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse same or next business day. 

Q: Can I opt for my order to be sent via letter post to save on shipping costs?

A: Yes you most certainly can! We are happy to send small orders via letter post (Australia only, without tracking) at your own risk. Prices start at $2.50, just leave us a note in the delivery instructions at checkout and we will refund you the difference. Note some items (eg: Dummy Clips, 19mm Rounds, 22mm Rounds, Icosahedrons) can not be sent via letter post due to their size and we are unable to send express letters.

Q: It's been more than 2 business days, has my order been sent?

A: Most likely. Your dispatch email with tracking details is probably in your junk folder.  You can always check the progress of your order by logging in to your account and scrolling down to "My Orders"

Q: What payment options do you offer?

A: For your convenience, we offer many payment options at checkout. Payment can be made via Afterpay, ZipPay, ZipMoney, Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Direct Deposit or via School Purchase Order.

Q: Do you have a retail shop we can visit and buy from in person?

A: Unfortunately we do not have the staff or facilities for a retail store. Order pickup is welcome Mon-Fri, 9am-1pm. You are very welcome to browse when collecting an order, just ask!
