We have made some temporary changes to how our business operates to minimise the risk of transferring the COVID-19 virus between us and consequently our families.
There are currently no delays in order dispatch. We are still shipping Monday-Friday.
HOWEVER, combining the lack of air freight due to domestic flight cancellations and social distancing rules, an unprecedented amount of pressure has been placed on our postal system. We are currently experiencing delays of up to 1 week (ON TOP of regular delivery times) in the delivery of regular parcels, and up to 2 days delay with express shipping. Many parcels are being processed manually so it is possible you will not see updates on your tracking until the parcel is out for delivery. We have access to the same tracking details that you do so unfortunately do not have any further information regarding parcel whereabouts.
Australia Post is working around the clock to get your orders to you and I can not stress this enough - delivery times are completely out of our control. We appreciate everyones patience during these challenging times.
